Dylan Ikkala is an experienced renewable energy professional with over a decade of expertise leading the development of utility-scale wind, solar, and battery energy storage projects across the SPP, MISO, and WECC regions. He has a proven track record of managing projects from early-stage development through execution, with a focus on executing projects that create long-term value for stakeholders and communities.He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Energy Management from the University of Oklahoma.

Chris Hawk

Senior Development Manager

Chris Hawk has 10 years of energy-related experience and is currently a Senior Development Manager for wind, solar, and battery storage projects throughout the country. He enjoys collaborating with landowners and project stakeholders to create local, homegrown energy for each project's community. Prior to joining the Apex team in 2021, Chris was an environmental consultant with a focus on energy, industry, transportation, manufacturing, and real estate, in addition to land use planning that focused on utility-scale solar. He grew up in Central Virginia, calls Charlottesville home, and graduated from Hampden-Sydney College.

Isabella Lindblad is a Project Developer at Apex, where she has worked since 2023. She holds a B.S. in Biology from James Madison University and supports projects across Colorado, Arizona, and New Mexico. Isabella is dedicated to advancing the clean energy transition and champions the vital role of private landowners in its success.

Anna LaQua

Senior Public Engagement Manager

Anna LaQua is the Public Engagement Manager for the project. Anna has spent much of her career working in state and local policy development. Through this work, she found a passion for community economic development. Anna believes homegrown, American energy is the next powerful economic frontier for midwestern and western states across the U.S. In her role, Anna works closely with local elected officials, community leaders, landowners, and residents to gather feedback, answer project questions, and work alongside communities to realize the benefits of local energy development. Anna lives in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
